The CAREER Excellence Awards (CAEA) is open to eligible career professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, public servants, industry leaders, and Nigerian citizens worldwide who have demonstrated outstanding achievements, leadership, innovation, and professional excellence within their respective fields.
Screening & Evaluation Process
All nominations and entries submitted will undergo a comprehensive review by the CAEA Awards Screening Committee to determine their eligibility, completeness, and compliance with the awards criteria before being forwarded to the Judging Panel for final assessment.
The Screening Committee reserves the right to reclassify, reassign, or recategorize entries into more appropriate award categories where necessary. The Committee also reserves the right to reject, remove, or disqualify any nomination or entry that fails to meet the stated eligibility requirements, submission guidelines, or supporting documentation requirements. Entries that differ substantially from the prescribed criteria may be disqualified without prior notice to the entrant or nominator.
Confidentiality Policy
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of submission, all information, documents, and materials submitted for the CAREER Excellence Awards (CAEA) shall be treated as non-confidential. Entrants are strongly advised not to include proprietary, classified, sensitive, or confidential information in their submissions.
By submitting an entry, nominees and nominators acknowledge and agree that the Awards Organizers may use submitted information, photographs, profiles, and supporting materials for evaluation, publicity, promotional, marketing, editorial, and awards-related purposes.
