ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Entry/Nomination Opening Date: 1st April, 2025
• Entry/Nomination Deadline: 31st July, 2025
  
• Brief Summary of Milestone Achieved in 2024/2025.
• Complete the award nomination form online at https://www.careerexcellenceawards.com.ng/nomination-portal

• Nominees must have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the same or a similar role within their industry.
• Nominees must currently be employed or actively working in the relevant sector for which they are being nominated.
• Candidates must demonstrate leadership qualities and have contributed to significant achievements or improvements in their respective organizations or industries.
• nominees should adhere to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines of their respective industries.
• Nominees can enter under different categories based on their professional background, including Technology, Healthcare, Education, Transport, Fashion, Entertainment, Agriculture, Economics, Public Service, and Entrepreneurship.
• Nominees must select the category that aligns with their expertise and achievements.
• Individuals are allowed to nominate themselves if they meet the eligibility criteria.
• Colleagues, supervisors, or industry peers may nominate candidates, providing justification for their nomination.
• Organizations may nominate outstanding employees or departments based on their contributions and achievements.
• Candidates must submit a current CV or resume that includes their work history, achievements, and educational qualifications.
• A minimum of one recommendation letter from a supervisor, colleague, or industry peer attesting to the nominee’s qualifications and achievements.
• Documentation or portfolio showing key projects, initiatives, or contributions to their organization or industry.
• A brief company profile for organizations nominating teams or departments.
• Nominees must complete an official nomination form, providing personal details, a summary of their professional experience, and the category they are entering.
• A one-page summary of the nominee’s major achievements over the last two years, demonstrating their contribution to the industry.
• Relevant certificates, awards, or publications that highlight the nominee’s career achievements and leadership role.

• A non-refundable entry fee is required to process the nomination, which may vary based on the category and level of the award.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION

• All nominations must be submitted by the announced deadline. Late submissions will not be considered unless granted an extension by the awards committee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All submitted materials become the property of the CAREER Excellence Awards (CAEA) committee and will not be returned.
• Nominees may be contacted for further interviews or verification of information submitted.
• The CAREER Excellence Awards (CAEA) committee reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the criteria or provides false information.

These requirements ensure that only the most qualified professionals and organizations are recognized for their excellence in various career fields.
